My car was supposed to be picked up and delivered 3-12-2012 and they gave me a 3-4 day window. It is now day 5 and my car has still not been picked up and delivered yet. I have called all week to All American Auto Transport 888-345-7015 and they have been dishonest and extremely unhelpful every time I call. Every time I call they tell me the same thing, that they have a driver in the area that is going to pick it up and they will call me back to confirm, its going on day 5 now and nobody calls me back and I still do not have me car yet. I understand that things do get delayed but there customer service and honesty has been terrible. They were also the only company that asked for full payment before they would pick up and deliver my car. So currently they have my full payment and I don't have my car delivered to me yet. I recommend no one to use this company.
